There are a few ways to make an order:
- You can make an order online by using our secure checkout. You can order either classic silicone or seamless silicone caps
- If you have trouble using our website, you can send us an email with your logo attachment and order details. Our email address is – firstname.lastname@example.org
To get a quote, please use our contact us page to get in touch with us.
We will send you a design in a PDF format so that you can preview your design and request any changes. Every order is reviewed by our graphics department to ensure accuracy. If there are any discrepancies we will contact you immediately. Printed samples for your design are not available due to the cost and time required to set up a job. We will be happy to send you a sample showing the quality of our cap and accuracy of our printing.
No, sorry. Once caps are in production you are not allowed to make any changes.
Once a design has been approved and payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled.
