Order placement

How do I make an order?

There are a few ways to make an order:

  • You can make an order online by using our secure checkout. You can order either classic silicone or seamless silicone caps

I have a custom and very specific order, how do I get a quote?

To get a quote, please use our contact us page to get in touch with us.

Can I see a sample before my order goes into production?

We will send you a design in a PDF format so that you can preview your design and request any changes. Every order is reviewed by our graphics department to ensure accuracy. If there are any discrepancies we will contact you immediately. Printed samples for your design are not available due to the cost and time required to set up a job. We will be happy to send you a sample showing the quality of our cap and accuracy of our printing.

Printing

When order is placed and an artwork is approved, can I make changes for my order?

No, sorry. Once caps are in production you are not allowed to make any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Once a design has been approved and payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled.
